Yellow leaves on lemon tree

I HAVE recently had to lay a concrete slab along one side of my lemon tree, which is now showing a lot of yellow leaf. I suspect the new concrete. Is there anything I can do to combat the problem?

IT could be the cause of the problem. However, dry conditions will also cause a lot of yellow leaf. Regular watering is necessary in summer and the concrete may be stopping water from getting to your tree's roots.
